Prabhi Ghura

Professional Background

I graduated from Northumbria University’s Law School in 2013 with honours in Law with Environment, where I was appointed to the School’s Honour Roll for academic excellence. I qualified as a solicitor, specialising in Dispute Resolution, in January 2017.

I joined the Dispute Resolution team at Attwaters in February 2019. Today, I specialise in property litigation matters, including residential possession proceedings, commercial property disputes under the 1954 Act, forfeiture proceedings of commercial properties, and other landlord and tenant disputes.

I am also experienced in dealing with debt recovery matters and contractual disputes.

Achievements / Accreditations

In Legal 500 2026 it is noted “Prabhi Ghura merits special mention for her detail-orientated approach; she never fails to double-checky every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ is crossed.”

I was named as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 2025 with one commentator saying: “I would note Prabhi Ghura for a very hands-on approach, leaving no stone of a case unturned”

In the Legal 500 directory’s 2023 rankings it was noted,  “Prabhi Ghura has a very detailed approach to all aspects of the client’s case.”

About Me

I was born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne and have a younger brother and an older sister. I recently got married to my husband, Bharpoor.  I love visiting my parents and dog, Leo, back in Newcastle.

I love Chinese and Thai food but will always be in the mood for pizza! My hobbies include cooking, travelling to sunny destinations, spa days and spending time with friends and family. As a child I loved  animals (and still do) and wanted to be a vet. My greatest fear is of heights.
