My Professional Background

I joined Attwaters in May 2026 and specialise in Family Law. I have experience across a wide range of private matters arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including the division of assets and child arrangement disputes. I work closely with clients to help them achieve their desired outcome, whether through court proceedings or alternative methods of dispute resolution.

I have particular experience in complex children matters, including cases involving parental alienation, relocation, enforcement, disputed medical issues, contested allegations of domestic abuse, and concerns around alcohol or substance misuse. I also advise on matrimonial finances involving varied and high-value assets, including property portfolios, pensions and business interests.

What I enjoy most about my role is helping clients navigate what is often one of the most challenging periods of their lives. Providing clear guidance, practical advice and consistent support enables my clients to see a way forward with confidence.

I began my legal career at 18 years old, working in a small firm in Bedfordshire while completing my studies. There, I assisted with both public and private family law matters and quickly progressed, qualifying as a family law solicitor. I later joined a firm in Essex, where I gained extensive experience in private family law before joining Attwaters.

Achievements / Accreditations

I studied Law at the University of Hertfordshire, where I achieved a first-class degree. I went on to complete a Master’s in Law and the Legal Practice Course, receiving several academic awards during my studies, including a Dean’s Award.

I am a member of Resolution; an organisation committed to the constructive and non-confrontational resolution of family disputes.

About me

I was born and raised in Luton, but Hertfordshire is now where I call home. I am a twin and a proud aunt to my nephew, who brings a great deal of joy (and energy!) to my life.

Outside of work, you will usually find me at the gym – I train five times a week and particularly enjoy strength training, running and Pilates. I also love spending time with family and friends, which often involves good food, drinks and music.

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a runway model. My sisters and I would spend hours playing “catwalk”. While family law may not involve high fashion, it certainly requires confidence, composure and resilience.

I have a fear of parallel parking, heights and spiders – though thankfully none tend to feature in my day-to-day legal practice. If I were stranded on a desert island, my ideal companion would be my nephew – he would certainly keep me entertained.
