My Professional Background

I joined Attwaters in May 2020. I studied Law with Philosophy at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated with a 2:1. I have been a qualified Solicitor since June 2019. Every Medical Negligence case and Inquest hearing is unique and challenging for all involved. I want to help those who have suffered as a result of a medical negligence; I will always put in 100% and support my clients through to the end to ensure that they are happy and satisfied with the progression and settlement of their claims.

I have vast experience in handling multiple Inquests leading to successful medical negligence claims.

I have experience in handling a variety of cases involving, but not limited to brain injury, orthopaedic injuries, care homes, hospital errors, GP errors, psychiatric / mental health claims, claims involving minors.

Successfully appealed a coroner’s decision at an Inquest at a Judicial Review.

Settled a claim for £20,000.00 for death of an inpatient at a mental health ward.

Settled a claim for £40,000.00 for death of an inmate at a prison who was in a mental health ward following a suicide.

Settled a claim for £30,000.00 following an unwitnessed fall by a dementia patient at a hospital which resulted in a hip fracture.

Settled a claim for £14,000.00 for failure to remove the whole appendix which resulted in stump appendicitis.

About me

I was born in North Cyprus, however my family moved here in 1997. Turkish is my mother tongue, but English is my first language. My hobbies include skiing, baking and reading. My dream job was always to become a lawyer. My ideal desert island companion would be Yoda, as he managed to survive all by himself on a planet in exile for years.
