Attwaters named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work
We are proud to share that Attwaters Solicitors has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second year running. Also, we have been ranked in the Top Ten for medium-sized organisations in the UK.
Awarded by The Sunday Times in partnership with WorkL, this prestigious accolade honours and celebrates the nation’s top employers. The award uses 26 questions to monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.
All staff across the company were invited to take part in the confidential survey, directly with WorkL, based on their individual lived experience. Our performance stood out against both legal industry peers and top-tier global companies. We exceeded benchmarks across all six key drivers of employee experience. Our team reported a 0% flight risk and outstanding ratings in job satisfaction (95%), wellbeing (95%), and empowerment (93%).
Sheri-Anne Mizon, Managing Partner, commented:
“We are delighted to receive this prestigious accolade for a second year. At Attwaters Solicitors, we put our people first, so it is an honour to be listed in the Top Ten medium-sized organisations. We are very proud of the supportive, inclusive and inspiring workplace we have built, and will continue to ensure it is an environment where our team can thrive.”
For our clients, this recognition means working with a team that is motivated, empowered, and proud of the work they do. And for our staff (or anyone considering a career with us), this award demonstrates our commitment to a fostering an environment where wellbeing is a genuine priority.
