In 2019, we recognised the need to remain competitive and keep providing a seamless, high-quality personal service to our clients. We therefore made the decision to partner with Quiss Technology, a legal sector IT specialist, to help us implement a robust and flexible IT infrastructure. With their support, we introduced a hybrid working model across our offices, allowing us to attract and retain talent while maintaining operational efficiency. We believe this transition played a key part in Attwaters’ recognition as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2024.
