Attwaters Solicitors named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work

We are proud to announce that Attwaters Solicitors has been named one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ for the third consecutive year. Once again, this is a significant achievement that highlights our continued commitment to fostering a people-first culture.

The Sunday Times annual awards, in partnership with WorkL, an employee experience platform, identify and celebrate the nation’s top employers. The awards aim to recognise organisations known for championing workplace culture and employee experience.

Staff across all levels of the organisation were invited to take part in the confidential 26-question survey, based on their personal experiences. This evaluates six crucial areas: reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.

Being acknowledged among other top employers is a major accomplishment, reflecting the strength of our inclusive and supportive culture, with high levels of communication and engagement across its teams.
