Lara Spencer

My Professional Background

I joined Attwaters as a newly qualified Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing department in October 2024. I act for private individuals in a wide range of property law matters, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, redemption of charges, and equity release.

I completed by Bachelor of Laws degree with the University of Southampton and my Legal Practice Course with the University of Law. I have worked in Residential Conveyancing since 2021, giving me a wealth of knowledge and experience in property law. I am highly efficient in my work and my clients commend me for my excellent communication and client care.

About me

I was born and raised in the Cotswolds, studied in Southampton, and then moved to Essex where I have lived happily with my pets ever since!

At home I love my yoga, cycling, going to the gym, and kickboxing. I always have a cup of tea in hand and love to eat good food.

I have always wanted to go into the legal profession and qualify as a solicitor, so I am very proud to have joined Attwaters and fulfilled that lifelong goal.
