Our Dispute Resolution team is pleased to announce the launch of weekly telephone clinics, designed to provide practical advice on key dispute resolution topics.
Clinic details:
- Held every Friday morning via telephone
- One-to-one sessions with a Dispute Resolution team member
- 20-minute appointments
- Free of charge
- Clinic topics change regularly – depending on enquiries
- Limited slots available.
First clinic topic: Advice on evictions
The inaugural session will focus on residential evictions, offering guidance to both landlords and tenants who have received, are facing, or are considering serving eviction notices.
This block of telephone clinics will start on Friday the 6th March.
